1. Custom Design Agreement

All products sold by MIL-TOWN are custom-made based on customer-submitted designs, images, text, and instructions.

• The customer is fully responsible for uploaded images, text, design content, spelling, grammar, layout, placement, image quality, and resolution.
• What you submit is exactly what will be produced. MIL-TOWN does not modify, correct, enhance, or review submitted designs for customer errors.
• By submitting a design, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use all submitted content and that such content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

2. No Proofing / Customer Final Design Responsibility

MIL-TOWN operates on a customer-controlled design submission system.

• No design proofs will be provided.
• No manual review, correction, or approval process is performed by MIL-TOWN before production.
• The design submitted by the customer is considered final, approved, and production-ready.
• Production begins immediately upon order submission and payment.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved the design in full and understand that no changes can be made after submission.

3. No Refunds on Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final.

• MIL-TOWN does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for design dissatisfaction.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for customer errors, including typos, incorrect uploads, low-quality images, or layout and placement choices made by the customer.
• Normal color differences between screens and printed products are not grounds for a refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

MIL-TOWN stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

• If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due solely to MIL-TOWN’s error, the customer must contact us within [3–7 days] of delivery.
• The customer must provide the order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
• If the claim is approved, MIL-TOWN may provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
• Issues arising from customer-submitted designs are not considered defects.

5. Color & Print Variations

Color and print appearance may vary slightly due to normal production factors, including monitor and device display differences, printing methods, garment material, and fabric texture.

Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Production & Shipping Policy

• Production begins immediately after the order is submitted and payment is received.
• Because production starts right away, orders cannot be revised, edited, or placed on hold after submission.

• Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
• MIL-TOWN is not responsible for shipping delays occurring after the order has been dispatched.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

• Customers should carefully review all order details before submitting their purchase.
• Any exception to this policy, if granted, will be at the sole discretion of MIL-TOWN.

8. Limitation of Liability

MIL-TOWN is not liable for:

• Errors in customer-submitted designs or content.
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted materials.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the purchase, use, or inability to use the product.

9. Trademark & Brand Protection

MIL-TOWN is a protected brand and trademark. Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or resale of MIL-TOWN branding or designs is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
